How to Upload Your Minecraft World (Upload/SFTP)

Whether you're transferring from another server or sharing your world with friends, our Peel Panel makes it simple to upload your Minecraft world. Follow this step-by-step guide to upload your world via Upload or SFTP.

Step 1: Access Peel Panel

1. Log in to your Peel Panel account at https://peel.bananaservers.ca.

2. Ensure you have your credentials ready to access your Minecraft server.

Step 2: Stop Your Minecraft Server

1. Before uploading your world, stop your Minecraft server to avoid data corruption.

2. Navigate to your server dashboard in Peel Panel and click the Stop button.

Step 3: Locate Your World Files

1. On your local computer, navigate to the directory where Minecraft saves your world files. By default, this is the saves folder within your Minecraft directory.

2. Find the folder of the world you wish to upload and ensure it is ready.

Step 4: Upload Your World Files

Method 1: File Manager

1. In Peel Panel, go to the File Manager tab of your server.

2. Open the world folder (or the appropriate folder where you want to upload your world).

3. Click on the Upload button.

4. Select your .zip file from your local machine. Ensure the world is zipped before uploading.

5. Wait for the upload to complete. This process may take some time depending on the size of your world files.

6. Once uploaded, click the three dots to the right of the .zip file and select Unarchive to extract its contents.

Method 2: SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol)

1. Download and install an SFTP client, such as FileZilla or WinSCP.

2. Retrieve your SFTP details from the Settings tab in Peel Panel. This will include the SFTP address, port, username, and password.

3. Open your SFTP client and enter the SFTP details to connect to your server.

4. Navigate to the world directory (or the desired directory) on your server.

5. Drag and drop your .zip file from your local machine to the server directory.

6. Wait for the transfer to complete.

7. Return to the File Manager in Peel Panel, locate the uploaded .zip file, and click the three dots to select Unarchive to extract its contents.

Step 5: Restart Your Server

1. Return to the server dashboard in Peel Panel.

2. Click the Start button to restart your server.

3. Your newly uploaded Minecraft world should now be loaded and ready to play!
