Geyser is a powerful plugin that allows Bedrock Edition players to join Java Edition servers. If you're hosting a Minecraft server with BananaServers and want cross-platform support, follow this guide to set up Geyser using Peel Panel.

Step 1: Install Geyser Plugin via Peel Panel

1. Log into Peel Panel at peel.bananaservers.ca.

2. Select your server from the dashboard.

3. In the left sidebar, click Plugins.

4. Use the search bar and type Geyser.

5. Locate Geyser and click the download icon on the right.

6. The plugin will now install. Restart your server to generate its configuration files.

Step 2: Configure Geyser for Crossplay

1. Navigate to File Management by clicking on Files in the left panel.

2. Open the folder plugins/Geyser-Spigot.

3. Locate and edit the config.yml file.

4. Find the following key settings:

   • bedrock-port: <One of Your Assigned Ports> → Peel Panel assigns two additional ports for your server, which you can find under the Network tab. You must use one of these for Bedrock connections.

   • remote:

     • address: localhost → Keep this as localhost if Geyser runs on the same server.

     • port: 25565 → Ensure this matches your Java server port.

     • auth-type: online → Set to offline if your server is in offline mode.

5. Click Save and restart your server.

Step 3: Find Your Assigned Bedrock Port

1. Click Network in the left panel.

2. You will see two additional ports assigned to your server. Choose one of these as the Bedrock port.

3. Example:

   IP: 192.168.1.10
   Available Ports: 25577, 25578
   Selected Bedrock Port: 25578

4. Java players will continue connecting through the primary port 25565.

Step 4: Install Floodgate (Optional, for No Java Accounts)

Floodgate allows Bedrock players to join without needing a Java account.

1. Go to Plugins and search for Floodgate.

2. Install the plugin and restart your server.

3. Navigate to plugins/Geyser-Spigot/config.yml and enable Floodgate:

   floodgate: true

4. Save the file and restart the server.

Troubleshooting and Common Fixes

• Bedrock players can't join? Ensure you are using one of the assigned Bedrock ports found in the Network tab.

• Connection errors? Set remote.address to localhost in config.yml.

• Floodgate not working? Ensure it's installed correctly and restart the server.

• Still having issues? Check the Console in Peel Panel for error messages.
